When a soul meets God the Father in the heart of her soul, the soul becomes awestruck at the profundity, splendor, and majesty of the Father’s beauty. No earthly comparison or vocabulary exists to adequately describe the Almighty Father’s glory: His Divine Light. The sheer immensity, intensity, and infinity of Life, Light and Love that the Father Is leaves the soul transfixed and unwilling to do anything else but remain there. Words and songs of love, praise, thanksgiving, veneration and worship start incessantly rising from the innermost core of the soul, being offered up to God as a heartfelt gift of deep reverence and praise.
On meeting God the Father in this manner, all the needs and wants of the soul vanish. The infinite peace, joy, love and happiness of Heaven fully envelop every fiber of the soul’s being, and the soul starts perceiving the world through a new set of eyes and ears, the prism of the Father’s Presence, leading the soul to want to live solely in Him, with Him, for Him and through Him in everything, rather than simply being in union with Him.
